The first Clover Club cocktail recipe was published in the New York Press in 1901, but can be traced back to the late 1880s. When you, too, are feeling over a hundred years old, shake up and wake up with this luscious, silken cocktail.
2 oz estrəgin
3/4 oz raspberry syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Dry shake vigorously, then shake again with ice and strain into a coupe.
