French 45+

The glamorous French 75 is named after the World War I era French field gun. With gin and Champagne, it packs a punch - especially good to drink while announcing earth shattering news such as telling the children, “We’re running away with your inheritance.” Our riff on the original includes wild hibiscus syrup and is named for us fully fledged females!

2 oz estrəgin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Wild Hibiscus Syrup
Champagne

Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne, Prosecco or a local sparkling wine. Garnish with a hibiscus flower or a lemon twist.
