Perfect Chapter Martini

In cocktail terms, the word "perfect" typically means the drink includes equal parts of dry and sweet vermouth. That's exactly what you get in the perfect martini and it's a fabulous drink for anyone who loves gin and happens to be in the perfect chapter of their life!

2 oz estregin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz sweet vermouth

In a mixing glass or mason jar filled with ice cubes, pour in the gin and vermouth.
Stir well until nicely chilled, but not over agitated. Strain into your favorite chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist or olives.
